Dave and I would like to take this opportunity to let you know how well the Jetmaster unit which you installed is working. As you know our fireplace as it stood before was not functional at all. After searching all over the city and having two sets of glass doors installed which were ineffective, we finally got referred to you! Well needless to say it was a very worth while investment. Not only does the unit put out a lot of heat it burns cleanly so that the ash is a snap to clean out. From a housewife’s point of view this is a real bonus. With the winter fast approaching, those cold windy nights are almost looked forward to. Since the unit drafts so well we are no longer hesitant to have a fire on a windy night.
In fact, the chimney draws so well since you rebuilt it that you almost lose the match from the suction you get warming up the chimney.
I would like to add that in addition to the unit being a pleasure to use, the installation by yourself, your brother and sons was neat efficient and clean. We wish you further success with your newly formed company and are sure that you will prosper in your field.

Here’s just a few lines to let you know how much we are enjoying our fireplace. We have used it practically every night, and after two months we are still excited about it and are very glad we had you install it.
Almost everyone who comes in, remarks about it’s unique appearance and the high quality of workmanship, especially those connected with the building trades.
Never having had any experience with fireplaces before we didn’t fully realize just how efficient the Jetmaster fireplace insert is until some friends of ours visited us. They have a fireplace of their own and they said it (theirs) had never given heat equal to ours no matter how big a fire they put in it, while ours only had on two or three small logs that night. We did, however, realize that it gave plenty of heat as we have checked the room temperature and found it was up 90F in very short order, and had to open windows to cool it down a bit.
Thank you very much also to you and your crew for the professional way in which you conducted yourselves, and for the care you all took in leaving the work site clean and tidy.

The fireplace works beautifully. Just like a kid with new shoes, I had it on as you turned the corner in your truck and have enjoyed it almost every night since.
